Do you have dreams? Do you set goals for yourself? Fitness and financial? Short-term and long-term? Goals are an important part of every person's life, but setting them is just part of it. If you don't act on those goals and get them in writing, then that is just what they will stay . . . dreams.
In order to make those dreams a reality, I encourage you to write them down into achievable goals with some short-term and some long-term. If you only have long-term goals, it is easy to be discourage when you don't see results immediately and give up. Setting a weight loss goal of 50 pounds is a great long-term goal if that is what you need to lose but make your short-term goal be 10 pounds in two months as this is a very attainable goal and possibly even something that can be done healthy in less than two months so when you actually get there, you can celebrate! I also encourage you to share your goals with one to two friends who can hold you accountable, or if you feel so inspired share on your Social Media and help others commit to their own fitness or weight loss goals. Working together to keep each other focused on our goals can be a fun and exciting part of our every day activities. I recently finished my 90-Day Fitness Challenge and feel great! I feel healthy and in the best shape I have been in years, but completing my 90-Day Fitness Challenge doesn't mean I stop there. I have already decided my next challenge and know it will help me stay active and focus towards my health goals. Life is full of uncompleted goals just waiting to be fulfilled. What are you waiting for?
