Are you tired of feeling tired? I heard that question just the other day and thought how appropriate. Since turning 50 in 2010, I have done a lot of thinking (maybe that is what we all do when we get to that age) about the direction of my life and where I was heading.
I know that I was trying to be better about what I was eating and doing some sort of exercising, but I wasn't really focused on accomplishing that all the time. Since my birthday in August of this year, I had committed to walking four miles a day (two in the morning and two in the afternoon). I also committed to eating smaller portions as opposed to the "biggy size" that the fast food restaurants seem to push on you every time you order something (not that I eat that much fast food anymore!). Small changes in our lifestyle can make huge differences in how we feel.
I have also recently started taking organic vitamin supplement products. While I have only been on them for two weeks, I know that I can already tell a difference between how my energy level was and how I feel now. I can't wait to see how I feel in two months! Another benefit I am already noticing is that I am sleeping better and while I am not sleeping as many hours, I find myself rested and ready for the new day.
I have to admit, I was skeptical when first hearing about the supplements, but after hearing the testimony of others and doing research on my own, I jumped onboard and I am so glad I did!
