Did you know that a piece of pumpkin pie has over 300 calories and a piece of pecan pie has over 450 calories!! WOW! That makes me want to rethink.
I also found this website (click here) that have a list of "100-Calorie Christmas Cookies" that I thought I would share in case you just have to have your fix during the holidays. Remember, two or three probably are going to do you much harm but sitting and eating a whole plate-full just might.
